2. Close the power switch of each circuit to check whether it is normal. Under normal conditions: the mesh belt conveyor does not act, the operation indicator of the mesh belt conveyor is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter appears normal.
3. Follow the process to start the electrical equipment in order, and start the next electrical equipment after the previous electrical equipment starts normally.
4. In the operation of the mesh belt conveyor, it must be in accordance with the articles in the design of the articles to be conveyed and the conveying strength of the mesh belt conveyor. Secondly, it is concerned that all kinds of employees shall not be involved in the activity part of the mesh belt conveyor, and non-specialized employees shall not casually touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. When the mesh belt conveyor is running, the inverter should not be disconnected. If the maintenance needs are confirmed, it must be carried out under the condition of stopping the inverter operation, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
