Zhang Dongyang has been employed in Wisedock for 7 years. He is a quiet and smart man. He can debug and repair all machines and he is familiar with every work station from parts to assembly. He is very responsible and hardworking. The company has been very busy in the second half of this year. He has no complaints and is always the last one to get off work, leading the whole team in order to get through difficult times.
There is a set of telescopic belt machines in the northeast that needed repairs. Although there was heavy snow over there, he rushed to the site overnight to repair them and soon the machine was ready to run. No matter where he goes for maintenance or training, he always completes it smoothly. Customers give him unanimous praise. Under his leadership, the whole team is more united and motivated.
